Imagine the sound of the sea, the sand under your feet and the first rays of sunshine on your face as you start the day with a gentle but revitalizing yoga flow. We combine our breath with simple movements to calm the mind, gain more strength and energy for the day. Take the opportunity to connect with nature to find your inner peace and lightness.
