My classes in Yoga Atmar are designed for all levels, and everyone is welcome! I combine the flow of Vinyasa to create a dynamic class, letting the breath lead us from pose to pose, allowing us to connect our bodies with the movement.We finish the class with a Yin Yoga session where we calm the intensity of Vinyasa, connecting with the ground, our breath, and achieving deeper relaxation through passive stretches.During the summer season, the temperature can be quite high. To help with this, I offer a deep final relaxation using essential oils and a cold towel on your forehead to refresh your body and start the day feeling cool and rejuvenated.Join me to connect deeply with our body, mind and energy in beautiful and organic flows.
